The purple Sparkle Botanical Ear Wash is non-medicated and contains only natural extracts and ingredients that support gentle cleaning. The blue Heal Medicated Ear Wash contains FDA approved active ingredients such as benzalkonium chloride, alcohol, thymol, phenol, phenyl salicylate, and benzoic acid, which provide antimicrobial, antifungal, and pain relief properties.
Yes, we use sustainable packaging and as many natural ingredients as possible to minimize environmental impact. We have an industry-leading recycling program at our facility in Texas and our aspirin manufacturing process has the smallest carbon footprint, globally.
The Soothe Electrolyte Replenish and Zoom Boost Electrolytes can be given to dogs of all ages and health, but it should always be diluted before use. Please see package instructions for use, and always consult your veterinarian for specific health advice for your dog.

Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery on orders of $50 or more and on any subscription order. Standard shipping costs for orders below $50 are $16.63.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original condition for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. They will provide further instructions.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
